Loose Arch Sets

Loose arch sets were a traditional method of arch supply and construction and made up the majority of all brick arches which were supplied until recent years. They are still preferred by some heritage bodies and contractors with "traditional skilled" bricklayers. They are available in any length and can be supplied quickly due to the simple nature of their manufacture.

Although loose arches can be self-supporting, they should be used in conjunction with secondary steel lintels in most situations.

Wide range of designs

Kevington Loose Arch Sets are available in all of the 28 standard arch designs. These arches are cast in-house using a positive key/precast combination and are available in lengths of up to 8m. An alternative to bonded arches.
